The Kingsley Bate Tivoli Collection is a modern masterwork in exterior furnishings that seamlessly integrates elements of design, material, and function. The Tivoli sectional is comprised of seven individual components that can be arranged in endless configurations, such as an archetypal "L" shaped sectional; a rounded sectional for use with a fire pit; a sofa or settee; a circular daybed; or a tête-à-tête. Pieces are beautifully crafted from high grade #304 stainless steel and premium Grade A Teak. Tivoli tables perfectly complement the range of sectional configurations, and are constructed with heavy duty steel frames and spectacular teak wood tops.
All Tivoli chairs are exceptionally comfortable, generously scaled and made from durable #304 stainless steel, Batyline™, and teak. The chaise is the perfect addition to a poolside or contemporary landscape, with a backrest that adjusts to five positions for optimal comfort, and wheels ensuring easy mobility. Arms are included and removable. The 42" square table seats four and has a 1.5" hole to accommodate a 9' umbrella. The 84" rectangular dining table comfortably seats eight and has a 2" umbrella hole that accepts a 10' market umbrella.

Kingsley Bate is committed to sustainable business practices rooted in environmental responsibility. Preservation of the Earth's ecological system is today a major concern. Indiscriminate deforestation of the Amazon Basin and other rainforests has prompted criticism of those companies in the teak industry. Kingsley Bate is the first American company to use Javanese teak in the manufacture of its furniture. All teak is harvested from carefully controlled plantations: the Indonesian government allows the felling of a limited number of trees each year, and ensures that an equal amount of reforestation takes place. In 1983 Kingsley Bate, in conjunction with the Indonesian government and its people, undertook to develop a teak furniture program in Java. Since then, Indonesia and Kingsley Bate have shown that such a program can be implemented without detriment to that country's natural resources.
